In October, we launched our new website, with a fresh look, a simpler way to order, and new ways to present your work. A change this big brings a few questions, so we've gathered the answers here. Don't see yours? Our team is always happy to help.

What's New

What's new on the site?

Beyond a cleaner design and simpler ordering, the new site adds several products and display options:

Giclée Paper Prints

Seven photo and fine art papers, from high-gloss Metallic to 100% cotton rag, in custom sizes.

Oversized Prints

Go as big as your vision. Canvas, 1/8" Acrylic, Dibond, and Metal prints now come in sizes up to 96" x 48", and can be ordered directly online.

Float Frames

The most elevated way to display your work. A slim gap between the print and the frame lets your artwork appear to float, for a clean, gallery-finished look. Float frames come in black or white and are available for our major fine art categories, including Metal, Canvas, Dibond, Gatorfoam and 1/8" Acrylic prints.

Where do I find paper prints?

Look for Giclée Paper Prints under All Products.

Where can I find the details for each product?

Every product page is laid out the same way. Below the photos and the Upload artwork & order button, you'll find four sections:

  • Customize: sizes, finishes, papers, edges, and hanging and float frame options
  • Pricing: pricing information for that product
  • Production & Shipping: shipping details and important production notes
  • Frequently Asked Questions: answers about that product

For example, the full description of each paper lives in the Customize section of the Giclée Paper Prints page.

What papers can I choose from?

Choose from seven papers in two collections:

Photo Paper Prints Up to 46" on the short side

Satin

A popular paper with the same pebbled surface as silver halide prints. Offers an exceptionally wide color gamut with rich saturation and amazing detail.

Gloss

A classic gloss photo paper with a smooth texture, vibrant color, and great clarity.

Metallic

A high-gloss metallic photo paper with a smooth texture, vibrant color, and great clarity. A slight silver coloring gives an understated yet dazzling look.

Fine Art Paper Prints Up to 43" on the short side

Enhanced Matte

The ideal choice for a quality flat matte surface. Highly saturated color while preserving highlight and shadow detail.

Natural Rag

One of our most popular matte papers. This archival paper made of 100% cotton has a textured surface with the smooth, toothy feel of traditional hot press watercolor paper.

Baryta Rag

A true baryta (barium sulfate) fiber paper made of 100% cotton. Its slight fiber gloss surface embodies the touch of silver halide prints.

Aquarella Rag

A 100% cotton fine art paper and a popular choice among watercolor artists. Its unique texture and warm white tones make a beautiful, long-lasting print.

What happened to Gatorboard prints?

Gatorboard mounting is now an option on our paper prints. Order a Photo or Fine Art Paper Print, then choose the 3/16" black Gatorfoam mounting option for a rigid, lightweight mount.

Your Account

Why do I need to reset my password?

Passwords didn't carry over to the new site, so if you haven't logged in since the launch, you'll set a new one. Click Forgotten Password on the login page, and we'll email you a link to create it.

Can I see my past orders?

Yes. Your order history from our previous site is now in your account. Log in and open My Account to find it.

Did my reseller pricing carry over?

Yes. Reseller pricing and discounts transferred automatically, so there's nothing you need to do.

Where are my saved images?

Images you uploaded or ordered since January 1, 2024, moved to the new site, and you'll find them in My Gallery. Looking for something older? Contact our support team, and we'll see what we can do.

Gift Cards

Can I buy and use gift cards on the new site?

Yes. You can buy a gift card on our Gift Cards page, and any gift card you already have still works with its full balance. If you tried to use one in the first few weeks after launch and couldn't, it's ready for you now.

Order Protection

What is Order Protection?

Order Protection is optional coverage you can add at checkout. It protects your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it's delivered, covering:

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Confirmed stolen deliveries

You can learn more on our Order Protection page.

Why did you add Order Protection?

We know this one's a change. Even with careful packing, shipping artwork across the country comes with real risk, and for years, Bumblejax covered the cost of shipping damage behind the scenes. With the new site, we've made that coverage its own clear, optional service, so you can decide what each order needs.

Adding it also means an easier fix if something goes wrong. There's no carrier claim to file and no back-and-forth. We'll replace your order quickly and send it on its way.

How much does Order Protection cost?

It's a small percentage of your order subtotal. You'll see the exact amount in your order summary before you pay.

Do I have to add it?

No, it's always your choice. Order Protection is selected by default at checkout, so you're covered unless you choose otherwise. You can remove it anytime before you complete your purchase.

What if I remove it?

Then your order isn't covered for loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something does go wrong, contact us within 7 business days with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging (all six sides), the shipping label, and your print. We'll review your order to see whether it qualifies for a replacement.

How do I file a claim?

Contact our support team at support@bumblejax.com or (206) 451-1352 as soon as you notice a problem. If your package arrives damaged, accept the delivery, keep all the packaging, and send us photos of the box, the shipping label, and your print within 7 business days of delivery. We'll take it from there.

Questions and Feedback

Something isn't working. How do I let you know?

Use the feedback button on any page of our site and choose "Something's broken." Your notes help us fine-tune the new site.

How do I reach your team?

Email support@bumblejax.com or call (206) 451-1352, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific.

Thank you for trusting us with your work. We can't wait to print what you create next.
