Thickness: All Bamboo Prints feature a 3/4" depth.
Sizing: We can create your Bamboo Prints in any size at 1/4" increments up to 30x40". If you have questions about special cropping or sizing for your print, please contact us. We're happy to help!
All of our Bamboo Prints are hand-sanded, hand-stained, laminated, and floated by our expert team in our studio in Seattle. You can customize your beautiful Bamboo Print through your selection of premium paper types and finishings.
Glossy Paper: We offer high-quality Epson Premium Gloss paper by default, included in the base price of all products. This paper offers the highest gloss level of any Epson resin coated photographic paper producing vivid life-like images that rival those of traditional silver halide prints, the ultra glossy finish, coupled with a 10 mil thickness and extremely wide color gamut.
Metallic Paper: Upgrade to Lexjet Sunset Metallic paper, the best pigment inkjet metallic paper available. Recommended for bold and vibrant photos to offer more depth and pop — especially abstract and landscape photos with rich color, including black and whites.
Satin Paper: We offer a Diamond Jet Photolustre paper. While it's an excellent, high-quality choice for any photo, the metallic paper upgrade is most popular and our top recommendation. The satin paper is typically recommended with photos where people are the focus (ie. family portraits) as well as softer, less vibrant images.
Note: We are often asked to provide an image showing the difference between the two, but it's impossible to capture on a camera. If you're uncertain, contact us for a consultation and/or consider ordering a couple small paper proofs to see the difference.
Laminate/Finishing: You have the option of selecting a Matte Lamination for softer colors with no reflection, or Satin Laminate for richer colors and some reflection.

Production & Shipping for Your Bamboo Prints
The standard ground shipping price is 12% of the product price for art 40x30" and below and is fully insured by Bumblejax. Minimum shipping charge is $15.00.
You'll see a ground shipping estimated time map at checkout.
- West Coast shipments are typically 1-3 business days, Midwest 3-4 days and East Coast 4-5 days.
- Expedited shipping is available for 3 day, 2 day and overnight.
- Shipping to AK, HI or Canada is 30% of product price + $10 for products 40x30" and below.
- Shipping anywhere else in the world is generally 35-50% of product price.
Please note that prints over 40" also require a custom wooden box to ensure safe shipping to reduce the likelihood of shipping damage.

Most orders ship out in 6-8 business days. Larger orders may need additional time.
A Rush Order option is available for 25% of the product price and will result in your product shipping out in 2-3 business days vs. the standard 6-8.

We have many custom sizes available to fit the needs of your Bamboo Print!
We can create your print in any custom size in 1/4" increments up to 40x30".
First, we would never send out any order that looks fuzzy or pixelated! Every order goes through a manual quality control check to ensure it will look stunning. If there is any issue, we will contact you before printing. If you'd like a second opinion, we're happy to review your photo prior to ordering and let you know how large you can go! Contact us anytime.
Your Bamboo Print will arrive completely ready to hang. All Bamboo Prints include 3/4" floater blocks and hanging hardware. No tools needed!
Standard Production: For stocked sizes that can be ordered online, it typically takes 4-6 business days. For custom sizes, it's about 7-8 business days. However, we are often able to get orders out faster depending on the time of year.
Rush Production: We offer a rush production option when checking out online which gets your order out in 24-48 hours for a 25% charge (15% for reseller accounts). However, if your order is large, this may not be possible — please contact us before placing a rush order for larger items or orders.
Standard Shipping: Standard ground shipping is 1-5 business days depending on where you're located from our facility in Seattle, WA. Example: Orders going to WA, OR and ID can be as quick as overnight while orders going to the East Coast will need 5 business days.
Rush Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options. For online orders, you have the choice of 3 day, 2 day, and standard overnight shipping. If you need a different option such as Saturday or AM delivery, please contact us before placing the order and we can send you a custom payment link.
NOTE: We're accustomed to supporting professional photographers and artists with tight deadlines — we understand the need for delivery on specific dates! If you're unsure of the best option please contact us to discuss your project and deadline.
